Telegram: Search & Messaging
Term: 1 month
This module is about direct messages in Telegram — not about running your own channel or posting to it. The agent searches channels and people on your topic, shows public numbers with a link to the source, extracts the contact published for enquiries, and drafts a personal message for each recipient. You read the draft and approve sending — the agent writes from your own Telegram account, so you never have to open the messenger yourself. Replies come back into Aivium: the conversation, its status, and what was agreed live next to the project. Nothing is sent without approval, the number of new conversations per day is capped, and anyone who declines is never messaged again: this is built for a few well-aimed messages, not for bulk sending.
IMAP/SMTP mailboxes right inside Aivium: messages in the side panel, replies, and attachments. The agent does more than read — it triages the inbox, files messages into folders, and drafts and sends replies under your control.
Contacts
A single address book for people and organisations right inside Aivium. Every card holds several email addresses, phone numbers, Telegram handles and links, plus groups and notes. The agent sees contacts next to email, messengers and the calendar and picks the right recipient itself: "write to Marina from procurement" — and the email goes to the correct address. What is included: — Cards for people and organisations, "employee — company" links. — Import from CSV and mail clients, duplicate detection and merging. — Groups for mailings and approvals. — A recoverable trash — an accidentally deleted contact is never lost. — A company address book via Gateway: shared contacts for the team with read and edit rights. Data is stored on your computer; the agent edits cards only with your confirmation.
Calendar
A calendar next to email, contacts and tasks. Day, month and year views, multi-day events, drag to move and resize. An external account is optional — the base calendar is stored on your computer, and CalDAV (Google, iCloud, Nextcloud and others) connects when you want it. What the agent can do: — Book a meeting from an email or a message: "set a call with Alfa-Build on Wednesday at 3 pm" — the event appears after your confirmation. — Answer when you are free and suggest slots. — Show task and automation deadlines next to meetings. — ICS import and export. Agent rights are configured separately: read only, suggest, or create events. Running automations from the calendar is always switched on explicitly.

Agent Council
Several agents with roles and models discuss the task in rounds; the output is a synthesis. For complex planning.
Marketplace Analyst
Summaries and KPIs across Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market — read-only, with no risk of changing anything by accident. Ask the agent "how did the kettle sell last month across all marketplaces" and get a table or a report in the project instead of numbers scattered across three dashboards. What is included: — Sales and orders by period, marketplace and product. — Stocks and turnover: where an item is running out, where it is gathering dust. — Competitor prices for your listings where the marketplace exposes them. — An XLSX or DOCX report in your template — with formulas and charts, ready for management. The module complements Marketplace Manager: the analyst looks, the manager changes. Each works on its own.
Automation
Cloud automations
Term: 1 month
Automations run on schedule even when the app is closed — and in the cloud when your computer is off. Included: — Cloud wake-up: the schedule lives on the server and wakes the app at the right moment; the run, keys and data stay on your computer. — Cloud runs: the agent performs the automation on our server while your computer is off. — Cloud browser: the agent's own isolated browser on the server. It signs in with a password from the Vault, reads, fills in forms and brings the result to the chat or a project file. If an SMS code or a captcha is needed, a card appears on your phone. — A monthly quota of cloud runs is included.
Portal automation
The agent works in website accounts for you: in Aivium's built-in browser and in a tab of your own Chrome through the free extension. It opens pages, reads, fills in forms, clicks buttons and uploads files — for supplier portals, marketplaces, government sites, CRMs and sites without an API. Included: — A built-in browser with a persistent profile: sign-ins survive between sessions. — Working in your Chrome tab through the Aivium extension — where you are already signed in. — Every action on a site needs your confirmation; passwords come from the Aivium Vault and are never shown to the model. — Captchas and SMS codes: the agent shows the picture, you type the code, the work goes on. Need the same on a schedule while your computer is off? That is the cloud browser, part of Cloud Automations.
Management
Tasks
Tasks apart from chats — a management layer over the agents' work. A task has a description, a deadline, an owner, a plan with items and acceptance criteria, linked chats, evidence of completion and a decision log. The chat stays a conversation with the performer; the task owns the commitment and the acceptance. What is included: — A task list next to the chat list and a task card in a tab. — A plan: sections, work items, subtasks, "accepted of N" progress. — Handing a plan item to a specific chat — the agent reads the task and picks it up. — Task discussion: comments from the human and the agents, links to files. — Export and import of tasks, moving between projects. Together with the Agent Coordinator module it becomes a digital company: the coordinator hands items to performers, checks results and sends work back, while a human accepts the outcome.
Agent Coordinator
Term: 1 month
A manager agent for anyone running several chats at once. Hand the coordinator your performer chats — it reads what happened there, finds who is stuck or made a mistake, writes to the performer directly in their chat and reports back to you with a short summary. Instead of walking through chats and repeating assignments yourself, you ask one agent: "why isn't it done?", "who is stuck where?". What it can do: — Split a large goal into parts and hand them to performer chats. — Check the result: files, changes, reports — and send work back for rework. — Return to the task on an event: a performer finished, hit a blocker, a deadline arrived. — Talk by voice: ask how the task is going — the coordinator reviews the chats and reports. Works without a task manager; with the Tasks module it runs the whole task plan. Performers do not close their own work: they hand it to the coordinator, and a human accepts the outcome.
