Semantic search over project documents. Pick folders — Aivium splits DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, Markdown and other files into fragments and builds a local index. The agent searches by meaning rather than exact words: "payment terms with the facade contractor" finds the right contract clause even when the wording differs. What is included: — Local embeddings: text never leaves the computer; an external embedder is enabled only by hand. — Semantic and keyword search in one answer. — Every hit links to the file, page or sheet: the agent quotes instead of retelling. — Collections with granted access: who may read, who may change the contents. — Auto-indexing when files change. Useful wherever there are more contracts, policies and correspondence than fit in one head.
